Quebec Will Fight Bullying By ‘Demystifying’ Gay People | The government of Quebec has committed $7 million to fight bullying against gays and lesbians over the next five years. Agencies that work to protect LGBT rights will share the money to pursue the goal of demystifying the experience of gay people and advocating for their equality.
