Shorter University’s New ‘Faith Statements’ Ban Gay Employees | Georgia’s Shorter University, a Southern Baptist college, has adopted new “faith statements,” including a “Personal Lifestyle Statement” all employees must agree to. The statement requires them to “reject as acceptable all sexual activity not in agreement with the Bible, including, but not limited to, premarital sex, adultery and homosexuality” and dictates that they can be fired for violating it.
