St. Petersburg, Russia’s so-called anti-gay propaganda bill is scheduled for a second reading on February 8, Metronews.ru, reports. The measure, which would fine groups or individuals who promote homosexuality, pedophilia, or transgenderism to minors, has been condemned by the international community and passed its first of three reading in late November.
