Former Sen. Arlen Specter took another swipe at Rick Santorum’s now infamous “man on dog” comments during an appearance on MSNBC’s Hardball yesterday afternoon, saying, “when Rick takes positions that women don’t belong in the workplace. When he takes positions that the gay issue is bestiality — a man on dog — and the contraception ought not to be followed, he is so far out of the main stream, that I think even the Republican party won’t take it.” Watch it:
