Santorum Backers Hit Romney With Anti-Gay Robo-Calls Ahead Of Wisconsin Primary | MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow reported Tuesday night that an outside group ran anti-gay robo-calls ahead of Wisconsin’s primary accusing Mitt Romney of spreading “homosexuality” and urging voters in that sate’s primary — which Romney ultimately won — to support Rick Santorum, “the only candidate who can be trusted to uphold traditional marriage, a straight military, and the rights of American children to have both a mother and a father.” Very similar call ran in Ohio, which Romney also won.
