Mankato City Council Opposes Minnesota Marriage Inequality Amendment | The City Council of Mankato, Minnesota voted 4-1 last night to oppose the constitutional amendment that would ban same-sex marriage in the state. Mankato joins 11 other Minnesota cities as well as several companies in its stand against the discriminatory measure.
