Assemblyman To Introduce Bill To Protect Kids From Ex-Gay Therapy

New Jersey Assemblyman Tim Eustace (D) will introduce a bill to protect minors from harmful, ineffective ex-gay therapy. Modeled on the California bill — recently passed by the state legislature and awaiting action by the governor — the proposed law does not outright ban all ex-gay therapy, but it does prohibit anyone under the age of 18 from undergoing sexual orientation change efforts.
