POLL: Minnesota Inequality Amendment Could Lose With Full Majority | Advocates have been optimistic that Minnesota’s proposed constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage will fall short of the full 50 percent of yes votes required to pass, but a new poll suggests it might lose outright. According to a St. Cloud State University Survey, 51 percent of likely voters plan to vote no, while 44 percent support it.
