Today, the Associated Press called Kyrsten Sinema (D) winner of her Arizona Congressional race, making her the first openly bisexual member of Congress. She is also only the second LGBT woman elected to Congress after Senator-elect Tammy Baldwin (D-WI). Sinema joins other history-maker Mark Tokano (D-CA) as part of what will be Congress’s largest LGBT delegation ever.
