Court expands review of ‘partial birth’ abortion.

The Supreme Court said today it will review a California case over whether the federal late-term abortion ban “imposed an undue burden on a woman’s right to seek an abortion and whether it is unconstitutionally vague.” The Court had already agreed to rule on a challenge to the law that originated in Nebraska.
