Yesterday, ThinkProgress reported that Army Secretary Francis Harvey — who oversaw the squalor at Walter Reed and initially tried to blame the conditions on enlisted officers (“We had some NCOs who weren’t doing their job, period.“) — was given a lavish farewell ceremony.
