Huffington Post notes this exchange yesterday in Iowa:
Q: “So no contraception, no counseling on contraception. Just abstinence. Do you think contraceptives help stop the spread of HIV?”
Mr. McCain: (Long pause) “You’ve stumped me.”
But can you contract HIV from tears?
