Labor board stifles unions’ use of e-mail.

In a ruling released on Friday, the National Labor Relations Board ruled that “that employers have the right to prohibit workers from using the company’s e-mail system to send out union-related messages.” The decision could “hamper communications between labor unions and their membership.” More on how the Bush administration has steadily undermined the right to organize here.
