Donald Rumsfeld declined to answer whether he will support Sen. John McCain for president, becoming the Arizona Senator’s latest endorsement holdout. In Feb. 2007, McCain said that Rumsfeld will “go down as one of the worst secretaries of defense in history.” But in May 2004, McCain said, “I am an admirer of Secretary Rumsfeld.
