Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) announced a new economic stimulus plan this morning that features a new round of tax cuts for millionaires. McCain campaign spokesperson Nancy Pfotenhauer was stumped this morning when asked how much those new tax cuts would cost and how McCain planned to pay for them. “Obviously…it’s going to cost some amount of money,” she said. The AP reports McCain’s plan would cost $52.5 billion.
