Last month, Politico’s Patrick Gavin caught up with former White House chief of staff Andrew Card at the National Press Club. Asked whether former President Bush would be jumping on the Twitter or Facebook bandwagons, Card left open the possibility that the former president might do so. Last night, however, when Gavin asked Rove the same question at AEI’s annual dinner, Rove repeatedly answered, “No.” Rove said that Bush relies on “lots of e-mail” instead. Watch it:
