Michael ‘Heckuva Job’ Brown Trashes Romney, Palin | Bush FEMA Director Michael Brown went on ABC News’ TopLine today to discuss his new book — in which he accuses former White House adviser Karl Rove of manipulating the government’s response to Hurricane Katrina for political reasons — but he also took shots at the 2012 GOP field. He called Sarah Palin “shrill” and an entrainer, and said Mitt Romney is not “the right person” because “he’s got no passion, no fire in the belly.” Watch it:
