National Journal Study: 93 Percent Of Top Congressional Staffers Are White, 68 Percent Are Men | The National Journal recently interviewed 300 “top-level Congressional staffers” for its “Hill People” issue. It put together an infographic representing the demographics of the staffers interviewed. The study found that 68 percent of these top-level staffers were men. Moreover, a whopping 93 percent were white:
