Poll: 50 Percent Say GOP Is ‘Intentionally Stalling’ Economy To Hurt Obama | A new Daily Kos/SEIU poll conducted by Public Policy Polling that comes out later today shows that a full half of Americans believe that “Republicans are intentionally stalling efforts to jumpstart the economy to insure that Barack Obama is not reelected.” This includes 61 percent of self-described “moderates” and 15 percent of “conservatives. Forty-one percent said Republicans are not hurting the economy to hurt Obama, while 10 percent are not sure:
