Gingrich Compares Himself To Four Legendary Presidents As He Plans To Bust Courts | 2012 GOP presidential hopeful Newt Gingrich said during a Fox News debate in Iowa tonight that he wants to call judges whose rulings he doesn’t agree with before Congress to testify.
