For the first time since beginning his presidential campaign, Mitt Romney got a visit from Occupy Wall Street protesters at a campaign event in Des Moines, Iowa yesterday. Protesters shouted various messages, including condemnations of Romney’s ties to corporate America and the Citizens United Supreme Court decision, and slogans supporting the end of wars. They were quickly drowned out by the pro-Romney audience — one attendee countered “go to work!” — and Romney responded by saying, “Isn’t it great to live in a country where people can express their views?” Watch it, via Iowa Politics:
