This morning’s activities | House Republicans are currently holding a rank-and-file, closed-door meeting which commenced at 8 am to discuss raising the debt ceiling. After that, around 9 a.m., House GOP leaders are expected to hold a press conference. House Democrats will hold their own press conference at 10 a.m. And President Obama will deliver one at 11.
