CNN to Rick Scott: Why are you so clueless on the debt ceiling? | This morning on CNN, host Christine Romans asked Florida Gov. Rick Scott (R) three times why he’s against raising the debt ceiling, emphasizing that not raising the debt ceiling means not paying for what Congress has already spent. Scott dodged the question each time, arguing that he would cut spending. An exasperated Ali Velshi finally cut in and essentially asked Rick Scott why he’s so stupid. “Why is this difficult for you to understand, Governor?” Velshi asked. Watch it:
