Will Occupy Baltimore Be Broken Up Next? | Yesterday, Baltimore’s City Hall “declared that overnight camping is illegal at the downtown plaza where protesters with the Occupy Baltimore movement have been staying in tents for three weeks.” The city did not say when or if it would forcibly remove protesters from their encampment.
