After Police Arrest Occupy Nashville Protesters, Judge Sides With Them And Orders Their Release | More than two dozen Occupy Nashville protesters were arrested last night around 3 a.m. after they refused to leave Legislative Plaza. Soon afterward, a local judge ordered the release of these protesters because “there was no probable cause to arrest” them.
