"More Occupy Wall Street Influence: Time Magazine Devotes Cover To Income Inequality"

As Zaid Jilani has noted, the Occupy Wall Street movement has shifted media coverage to issues concerning economic justice and the jobs crisis. An analysis by ThinkProgress found that the media has started discussing jobs over the national debt for the first time in months. The latest example is Time magazine, which devotes its cover to an article on income inequality. The feature, by Rana Foroohar, “What Ever Happened To Upward Mobility,” reports on the disappearing American Dream:
