Earlier this month, the New York Post sensationally claimed that Occupy Wall Street protesters were responsible for graffiti on the 9/11 memorial. Salon’s Justin Elliott decided to ask the officials who run the memorial about this allegation. “We know of no link between Occupy protesters and acts of vandalism,” replied spokesman Michael Frazier.
