Nashville Bills Occupy Nashville $1,045 For Security And Then Evicts Them The Next Day | The Associated Press (AP) has learned through a public records request that the city of Nashville billed Occupy Nashville $1,045 for security the day before it decided to evict the entire encampment. The records that the AP received reveal that the city had asked protesters to start paying for police presence at a rate of $55 an hour.
