Injured Iraq War Vet Scott Olsen: I Swore An Oath To Uphold The Constitution | Last night, Iraq veteran Scott Olsen, who was tragically injured by police during Occupy Oakland protests in October, gave his first live interview in an appearance on the Ed Show on MSNBC. “I swore an oath to uphold the Constitution against enemies foreign and domestic,” he told Schultz, saying that protesters have First Amendment rights that should not be infringed upon.
