Judge Rules Police Must Give Occupy D.C. 24 Hours Notice Before Any Eviction | In a victory for the 99 Percent, U.S. District Court Judge James E. Boasberg has ruled that Park Police must give Occupy D.C. 24 hours notice before any sort of eviction ever takes place. This effectively prevents a Zuccotti-style surprise raid on the encampment.
