Occupy New Orleans Wins Temporary Restraining Order, Can Reclaim Plaza | Yesterday, New Orleans police evicted Occupy New Orleans from Duncan Plaza, in a setback for the 99 Percent. Today, the 99 Percent struck back. “U.S. District Judge Jay Zainey…granted a temporary restraining order to the Occupy NOLA movement…The ruling clears the way for the protesters to move back into Duncan Plaza.”
