Privatization is Privatization

New York Times article mentions John McCain’s support for “an approach that Democrats call ‘privatization’.” As Brendan Nyhan points out, Democrats call it “privatization” because the architects of the privatization policy proposal called it “privatization” and continued to call it “privatization” until some time in 2005 when polling showed that people reacted poorly to the word.
