Yesterday I opined that it would be nice for the Obama-Biden Transition team to switch its Flickr stream to a Creative Commons license. Click over today and you’ll see that it’s been done.
Obviously it’s not the biggest deal in the world, but as a small gesture I think it’s the right one to make. And it’s great to see them being responsive to this sort of concern. These issues generally aren’t on the radar of most people in politics, but they’re crucially important to our digital economy.
