Lilly Ledbetter Act Passess

No surprise to see the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act passing the Senate, but unquestionable a good thing. It’s intriguing that though the Senate GOP is overwhelmingly in favor of leaving victims of illegal pay discrimination with no practical remedy, that all the Senate Republicans who are also women don’t see it that way. Makes you wonder what the deal with the boys is—do they not know any women? Not have any on their staff? Not understand why women might not be so keen on the conservative view of this issue?
