This is great anti-torture stuff from two high-profile regular Fox News commentators. The only problem is that it’s being kept on a little-watched online show, rather than on Fox News’ regular programming:
Keeping this guys off the air is a national disaster. At the end of the day, this is the way you could build a national consensus against torture. The fact that conservative media figures with credibility to conservative audiences have apparently sound anti-torture views is something the audience for conservative cable news needs to hear. But as best I can tell, Fox is making sure that this kind of material doesn’t get aired on their network, even though they eagerly trot Napolitano out any time his legal analysis supports the conservative position of the day.
