The werewolf doctors bit is well-played.
Realistically, though, if we’re going to have any kind of undead doctors, it seems to me that what we want is vampire doctors working in our emergency rooms. They could do conventional trauma treatment, etc., but if the situation gets really dire can always save the patients life by turning him or her into a vampire. Could be useful. You’d need to think about how to implement consent protocols and so forth.
