It’s worth emphasizing that these are all good plans relative to the status quo. Ideally you’d have a forth column outlining what’s likely to happen absent reform over the kind of 10-15 year time-frame we’re looking at—flat or declining wages, a growing uninsured population, vast quantities of medical bankruptcies, etc.
