Clarification on Comment Section

"Clarification on Comment Section"

By Ryan McNeely

In case you missed Matt’s post from earlier this morning, we’ve had issues with spambots and need to manually approve one comment from each commenter before everything gets back to normal (go ahead and comment in this post if you haven’t done so already).  A couple notes of clarification:

1)  This is not a content filter, only a spam filter.  No need to have a substantive comment – a simple request for approval is fine.  Comments are not being “censored” and won’t be in the future.

2)  Please do not include symbol$, jokes about selling Viagra or working for the Prince of Zaire in the comment used for approval.  Even if funny, it makes for a sad intern.

Comment away!
