Kay Steiger brings the chart showing how much has changed in the advanced degree department over the past 30 years:
The scale of the increase in engineering and physical sciences is interesting. That seems to imply that young women entering college five years from now will have a less male-dominated set of professors than the ones who came in 10 years ago.
