Health care charts.

— I was thinking of Jawbreaker’s “Boxcar” last week for no very good reason, and just wanted to point out that it’s awesome.

— Federal judge blocks Rick Scott’s drug test law.

— Downtown DC is so undersupplied with office space thanks to the height limit that it’s considered big news when a developer wants to use ground floor space for retail.

— I think an account of Mitt Romney flip-flops should better distinguish between issues he acknowledges changing his view on (abortion, gun control) and those (health care) where he claims to be consistent.

— No pie-eating people can ever be permanently vanquished.

— You are no doubt reassuring to learn that with $55 trillion in assets the European banking system is four times the size of the American system.

— But also much more dependent on panic-prone wholesale markets rather than retail deposits.

— Making elevated rail work.
