Don’t Judge a Bill By Its Title

News Flash! The House of Representatives passed the DeLay Code of Conduct Act 416–1.

Don’t get your hopes up: the bill didn’t have anything to do with DeLay’s own conduct.

But, there is some consolation. The bill requires “organizations seeking American relief funds to adopt a strict code of conduct for their workers.”

It’s good to know DeLay believes in ethical standards for other people.
