Rick Perry (R) believes Medicaid, federal public school programs, and clean air regulation are unconstitutional “nonsense.” He even once claimed that Texas might secede from the union unless the federal government does exactly what he wants it to do. Yet he’s now facing a lawsuit because he might have signed a — gasp! — income tax into law.
