Lots of folks are upset at “the Democrats” over the FISA business, but while the party leadership (including Obama) has been bad on this, it’s worth noting that more House Democrats voted no (128) than voted yea (105). The two members of the House who I had occasion to vote for (Nadler and Capuano) before decamping to the land of taxation without representation were both on the right side of this.
