Hewitt: Obama’s election would ‘greatly increase the likelihood of an attack on the United States.’

On Wednesday, right-wing talker Hugh Hewitt claimed on his radio show said that he really wanted to go to the Sept. 13 football game between USC and Ohio State because “it’s probably the last football game we’ll ever get to see before the United States gets blown up by the Islamists under Obama. Hewitt continued his fearmongering on CSPAN’s Washington Journal this morning, saying that “the likelihood of an attack on the United States” would “greatly increase” if Obama were elected:

HEWITT: I think Sen. Obama’s election will greatly increase the likelihood of an attack on the United States — a significant one. Because of the policies he advocates, a return to the 90s, the Clinton-style prosecute but do not pursue the terrorists before they’ve committed crimes is a recipe for disaster for the United States.

Watch it:

Hewitt comments echo former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton, who said last week that the “best outcome” of an Obama presidency would be “more embassy bombings, more World Trade Center attacks.”
