‘Imus In the Morning’ Mocks Chris Christie’s ‘Numbnuts’ Comment

On this morning’s Imus In The Morning radio show, Rob Bartlett mocked New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R-NJ) for calling openly gay state Assemblyman Reed Gusciora (D) “numbnuts.” Christie made the comments on Monday, in response to Gusciora’s outrage over the governor’s suggestion that the Civil Rights movement could have been decided through a popular vote, and doubled down on his characterization later in the week. Barlett went on to impersonate Christie and give out nicknames to other public figures including, Marcus Bachmann:
