- The state of Alabama wants the full U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit to reconsider an unconstitutional provision of its immigration law that discouraged children of undocumented immigrants from attending school. There are few good legal arguments supporting this position, but that has not stopped the conservative Eleventh Circuit in the past.
- Rep. Roscoe Bartlett (R-MD), who recently compared enabling students to pay for college to the Holocaust, is at it again.
