Labor Force’s Share Of National Income Plunges To New Lows

According to data from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, the labor force’s share of income has fallen to its lowest level on record, with workers collecting just 57.1 percent of national income, down from an average of nearly 64 percent before 2000.
