New York Judge Censured For Approving Own Firearm License, Accidently Discharging Gun In Chambers

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct formally censured Judge Vincent Sgueglia this month for approving his own concealed-carry permit. Sgueglia was also censured for unintentionally discharging his gun while he was attempting to repair it in his judicial chambers.
