The Trump investigative fund gets results

But we are just getting started. Support us now so we can expand our team.

On Monday we published some explosive — and exclusive — reporting on what appears to be a case of President-elect Trump using the White House to enrich his business interests.

According to a source who contacted ThinkProgress with documentary evidence, the Ambassador of Kuwait gave into political pressure and moved a large event to the president-elect’s D.C. hotel.

It was a report that rocked the media landscape — our story was picked up by the Washington Post, Politico, Bloomberg and dozens of other outlets — and painted a dire portrait of the next administration. According to constitutional law experts on both ends of the political spectrum, the payments would constitute a violation of the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution and would likely be an impeachable offense.

If you value this kind of reporting, please support the Trump Investigative Fund so we can do more. Any amount, even $10, makes a difference.
